At Elia Ceramics, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged with attention and care.
Because many of our products are handcrafted and limited, we only accept returns in the following cases:
Returns Accepted Only If:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or broken
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once approved, we will:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or product selection
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
